Refund policy

We at Ceramics by Sam want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your handmade pottery, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, excluding the cost of shipping.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. The pottery must be well-packaged to prevent any damage during return transit.
  3. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sam@ceramicsbysam.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary details.
  2. Securely package the pottery in its original packaging or an equivalent protective wrapping to ensure safe transportation.
  3. Clearly label the package with the provided return address.

Refund Processing:

  1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned pottery, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  2. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Pottery: If you receive a damaged or defective pottery item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement of the pieces if inventory is available or a refund if not. We will require photos of broken or defective pieces and the shipping box before we are able to provide replacements or refunds. Receipt of damaged pottery must be reported within 2 days of package delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain pottery items, such as personalized or custom-made pieces, may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance in such cases.
